Twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year, we have technician's on-call and available to respond to any emergency or service needs that you may have. We are committed to providing fast, efficient response to all calls no matter how small or large.

All alarm service personnel are licensed, bonded and insured. All of our service technicians are cross trained on many different brands and types of equipment. All of them are FASA Certified (Fire Alarm Systems Agent) and most of them are NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) certified.

And when you call afterhours … you don't get an answering service! A fully trained employee who is familiar with your property will take your call and be able to help you immediately. Your Service Technician will arrive at your property in a company vehicle and a company identified shirt.
